If there is no any teacher available in a class for a long period of time then lots of disturbances will appear. The students of the class will be deprive as there course will not be finished within the stipulated period of time. As we know only books can't provides us the 100% knowledge, so it's mandatory to have a teacher in a class room.
Teacher plays a major role in students life. He/she can provide the appropriate method and inside meaning of a topic to students. If we think that we can understand any topic just by reading text book then it's our great mistake. Every topic has it's hidden meaning and a teacher can explain it properly if he is well aware about the topic.
If a classroom remains teacher-less for a longer period of time then the neighboring classes are also gets disturbed.
So, it can be conclude that a classroom without teacher is just like a glass without water.
